FREE Ground Shipping on orders US$75+ or CA$95+
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders of $75 or more for all North America orders. For orders under US$75 or CA$95 we offer Standard Ground shipping for a fee, shipping fee varies for each zone. Free returns are provided on all domestic orders. For international orders see our rates listed below.

*Note - Carrier delays can occur without warning and these shipments are not refunded. Also remember that for any average transit time, there are always some packages that can take substantially longer to deliver because they get misplaced by a carrier but later found, there are issues with the final delivery address, the customer has moved, etc.
During peak shipping times (Thanksgiving through Christmas) we would recommend adding an additional two days to your average transit times. No carriers guarantee a delivery date for standard shipments. During the Covid pandemic, most expedited deliveries are also no longer guaranteed by carriers. Delivery dates are subject to change and in most cases, tracking will update to reflect the new estimated delivery date.
SHIPPING CUTOFF TIMES
GROUND SHIPPING: Orders received by 12pm EST are shipped out the same business day via our free ground shipping option. Orders received after 12pm EST are shipped the following business day.
EXPEDITED ORDERS: Expedited orders are shipped out the same day if received by 2pm EST. Orders received after 2pm will ship out the following business day.
2-Day Express Terms and Conditions
2-Day Express is a ship option offer 2-day shipping to the continental US.
Orders that are placed before noon local time at the designated US fulfillment center will be delivered within 2 business days. Orders that are placed after noon local time will be fulfilled by the next day and delivered within 2 business days after the order is fulfilled.
Due to carrier limitations, the following are not eligible for the 2-Day Express shipping option:
- Out of stock items
- Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, military addresses, and PO boxes
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship internationally via carriers for the best service and rates for delivering from our warehouse in USA. Please note that any assessed duties or local taxes are not included this rate and are the responsibility of the receiver.
International Returns - note, due to logistics and costs we do not offer free return shipping, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, in most cases, you can simply email us for a refund within 30 days without having to return products.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
You will receive a shipment notification via e-mail or SMS depend on the mode you opt-in once your order has shipped. The notification will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES?
We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
RETURN POLICY
30 Day Return/Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return an item within 30 days of receipt if product is in original, unopened and unused condition. Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment.
To start a return simply email us at info@voyaliving.com with your order information and reason for return/refund. From here one of our staff will be able to assist you with the return/refund process.
*Note - we do not offer free return shipping, any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. However, in most cases, you can simply email us for a refund within 30 days without having to return products.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return. Gift certificates are non-refundable.
Items marked "Final Sale" on a product page are not eligible for return or exchange, and are not eligible for store credit. Please read final sale item descriptions carefully. Final Sale items sent back to us will not be credited back to your account so please take care in ordering.
HOW SHOULD I SHIP MY RETURN?
Once you email us to initiate a return, we will provide you with a shipping label file. Place all items in their original packaging into a secure box or envelope mailer. Print out the pre-paid return shipping label, affix it to the outside of your shipping box and drop the package off at a designated location.
WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUNDED?
Transit time back to the warehouse may take up to 7 business days. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been received & processed. Once your return is processed, please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear on your bank account (depending on your financial institution).
DO YOU HAVE A PRICE MATCH POLICY?
If an item changes price within 14 days of purchase we will gladly price match it for you, as long as the purchased size/color are still in stock at the time of the sale price.
